Celebrating Penfolds: A Legacy of Excellence at Steer Dining Room

Since 2022, Steer Dining Room has proudly partnered with Penfolds, one of Australia’s most esteemed wineries. This partnership has flourished over the years, reflecting a shared commitment to excellence. Today, we’re delighted to unveil our deluxe collection of Penfolds’ 2024 releases, showcased in a dedicated feature at Steer Dining Room.

A Timeless Heritage: The Penfolds Story

Penfolds’ journey began in 1844, when Dr. Christopher and Mary Penfold pioneered winemaking in the fertile soils of South Australia. From crafting medicinal tonics to shaping Australia’s rich winemaking heritage, their legacy has been carried forward by generations of visionary winemakers. Nearly two centuries later, Penfolds continues to elevate the world of wine, expanding its influence across renowned regions in Australia, France, California, and even China.

A By-the-Glass Collection Like No Other

In keeping with our pursuit of offering only the finest, Steer Dining Room presents an exclusive selection of Penfolds’ most distinguished wines—available by the glass, preserved using the Coravin system. This rare experience allows you to explore the world of collectible wines while savoring each pour at its freshest, as if the bottle were just opened.

The collection presents Penfolds prolific range of iconic Australian wines, as well as explores their journey into new territories such as California and Bordeaux, adding an Australian flare to the wines produced in these regions.
